How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made-to-order by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-monogrammed or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
